The appearance, demeanor and behavior of our employees in bodyguard services deters potential perpetrators of criminal offenses from their bad intentions. The employees engaged in the services of physical protection of persons and property fulfill all conditions stipulated in the Private Protection Law (“Narodne novine” publication, nr. 68/03) and in the Rulebook on the conditions and implementation of bodyguard protection (“Narodne novine”, nr 45/05, 21/07 and 68/09). They posses all prescribed authorizations for performing bodyguard services as well as all required equipment.

Personal protection (body guard) belongs to the very top of security services for its demanding and complex nature. Reception desk services

Reception desk services are provided by our employees with adequate training, which includes work experience with telephone exchange, command of foreign languages, communication skills and IT education.

Standard reception desk tasks include:

• entry/exit evidence (employees, business counterparties, services personnel and similar),
• arrival notifications and escorting of business counterparties.

Intervention services for attached alarm systems

All attached alarm system are electronically monitored at our central station, and each alarm activation results in immediate dispatching of our intervention team to the affected premises. After the inspection is made, the premises are guarded. Depending on the preagreed arrangement, the owner and/or police are contacted. Our intervention teams enable us to cover the area of the city of Split all around the clock, and in cooperation with our partners elsewhere we can do the same in all of Croatia. Hence, our timely response is insured each and every time the alarm is triggered.
